The apartment

Spacious and luminous apartment 250 m2, located on the ground floor of "Villa Flora", free of architectural barriers, comfortable accommodation suitable for families of 6 people, with disabled and elderly relatives.

The rooms

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with single beds, each room with its own bathroom, TV and air conditioning. One room is furnished with a double bed, and a sofa bed, which could accommodate 2 people in case of emergency, TV and air conditioning and a bathroom for disabled people, equipped with grab bars, toilet with hand shower, floor-level shower tray, and wash basin without pedestal.

Living Room

A panoramic lounge, used as a living room, includes lounges, dining table with sideboard, game / reading table, armchairs relax, TV room with comfortable relax armchairs, an electric piano, DVD player for listening to pleasant music, and a small chapel for prayers and spiritual meditation. In the centre of the hall there is a space suitable for people wishing to dance. At the entrance, a wooden equine sculpture welcomes the guests.

Kitchen

The kitchen area is equipped with a gas cooker with four burners, a large refrigerator and a freezer, it is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and everything necessary for its proper functioning, and it is possible to cook for up to 20 people. For people who love cooking and want to prepare new dishes, there is a big cookery book in Italian and Swedish.

Laundry

The laundry room with washing machine is located outside, space to dry the laundry and an ironing table are provided.

Verandas

The accommodation structure has two verandas furnished with chairs and armchairs, where the liburnum with white flowers act as a roof during the flowering period.

The Gazebo

In summer and in autumn the gazebo becomes the most important part of the villa, because it is possible to have daily meals in gazebo, in full Mediterranean atmosphere, among white bougainvillea, geraniums and petunias, with a barbeque near to gazebo.
